	Jim Smith Jim's career in small business spans over 30 years. Personally, Jim has founded, operated and sold several companies, including motorcycle and boat dealerships, a construction company, and a local chain of restaurants. Jim has also worked for organizations such as Arby's Restaurants, I Can't Believe it's Yogurt, and other smaller regional chains; literally assisting hundreds of small business owners achieve their personal dream of business ownership.
	Susan McKeen Smith  After earning her MBA from The University of Texas PB, Susan spent over 20 years in high tech with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Compaq and Microsoft, in sales and marketing. Before retiring from the corporate world, Susan was headquartered in Paris, France as Microsoft's Director of European Consumer Products division. In addition to her corporate skills, Susan has also owned and operated a B&B in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and managed day to day operations at the specialty boat dealership she owned in San Diego along with her husband, Jim.
